Happiness. What is it?

Happiness can be defined a state of well-being and contentment.

We see faces, mundane routine, carrying burden, families, children and uncertainty of future. Life is tough today not able to enjoy it as if we forgot to live and be happy!

What’s makes us happy?

Depends?. Happiness may depends on i.e. Gender, Age, Place, Education and mindset and how we take life.(will discuss in details in some other article).

How to be Happy

These is no thumb rule or guide book of happiness. I can suggest 3 points which may help in bringing happiness.

  • Accept your current condition and situation – Whatever you are going through accept it. Discuss with family and close friends. Time changes so keep positive mindset and do your best to come out of the situation/issue.
  • Evaluate options and prepare Plan B.
  • Adopt fitness routine – Start morning and/or evening walk(s) and this will give clarity to focus on solution. Physical activity also boost mood and energy.
  • Meditate – It reduce stress hormones. Meditation improves focus, brings clarity of thoughts and feelings, helps sleep better and increase happiness by self awareness and contentment.

    Last but not the least – Change your mind set and you will be happy yourself enjoying every moment in day to day routine and not hunting for it in other person, objects, time, place and situation.

Happy Lyfe – Positive Lyfe.
